The Chapter 13 Trustee offers several options for monthly payment. Money orders and cashiers checks should be mailed to the PO Box in Tennessee while e-Pay and TFS are convenient online options.

Please include your bankruptcy case number on all payments. If your payment represents a tax refund, please be sure to write "Tax Refund" in the memo line.

TFS payment options

ePay
Using e-Pay allows you to make your bankruptcy payments online by transferring funds from your bank account to the Chapter 13 Trustee in a safe and secure manner. You should not use e-Pay to make your monthly plan payments if you have a mandatory payroll deduction order and your payments are being deducted from your paycheck. However, you may use e-Pay to make other one-time payments, such as tax refund payments, to the Trustee.
